Kip Fulks, who co-founded Under Armour Inc. with CEO Kevin Plank, is listing his ranch in the heart of Pennsylvania elk country for $13.5 million. The 7,150-acre property, known as North Fork Lodge, is located in St. Mary’s, which sits about 2.5 hours east of Pittsburgh.
