BOPA executive Bill Gilmore resigns after 37 years

Long-time Baltimore Office of Promotion & the Arts CEO Bill Gilmore announced Thursday he is resigning from the organization after 37 years. BOPA, the nonprofit organization that serves as the city’s arts and event council, will keep Gilmore on the board until his replacement has been identified.
