Baltimore County Restaurant Week is coming off a record promotion last summer and hopes for to repeat this year when it returns in August. The Baltimore County Office of Tourism and the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce announced the 14th bi-annual promotional event Wednesday that will kick off Aug. 4 and run through Aug. 19.
