The Arc Baltimore has promoted Kathleen McNally Durkin as its new executive director. The outgoing head of the nonprofit, Stephen H. Morgan, will retire on June 30 after 32 years. Durkin has been with the Arc Baltimore since 2001 and has served as the deputy executive director since 2010.
