A mixed-use apartment building on Baltimore’s west side recently changed hands for $6.25 million. The Frederick Douglass Apartments in Sandtown was recently sold to an unnamed out-of-market buyer, the Washington, D.C., office of Marcus & Millichap announced Wednesday. While Marcus & Millichap did not name a seller, state property records show the 167,000-square-foot building was owned by Rockville-based Capital T Partners LLC.
