Phila. DA: No criminal charges in deadly derailment of D.C.-to-New York train

Nearly two years after eight were killed and nearly 150 others were hurt in the derailment of D.C.-to-New York train, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday that no criminal charges will be filed.
