It’s been nearly two decades since Gino Kozera was involved with a local Baltimore restaurant, but that all changes when he opens Amber as part of the Anthem House apartment project in Locust Point this fall. Amber, named after the color of beer and coffee, will occupy 2,000 square feet in the lobby area of the high-end development at 900 E. Fort Ave. The restaurant will have seating for 100 people.
