Lutherville will not be getting the popular Harbor East-based Bagby Pizza Co. as plans for an expansion to the Yorkridge Shopping Center have been scrapped. Bagby Restaurant Group President Blake Smith confirmed the project was no longer planned for that location in an email. Smith said they determined it was not the right location for the restaurant.
