Shops at Kenilworth trying to attract national retailer

Brian Gibbons says he’s trying to attract a national retailer to the Shops at Keniloworth, the Towson center that he’s overhauling for $20 million. Gibbons, the CEO of Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Corp., said there are ongoing negotiations to bring in a national retailer next year, though he declined to disclose the company.
