A 128-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel is set to break ground at Greenleigh at Crossroads in White Marsh. Tom Pilon, senior vice president for development at St. John Properties Inc. said last week the project had completed its permitting phase and was ready to begin this month. Leasing is also underway at the development and includes a grocery store and other retail.
