A Ruth’s Chris Steak House is opening Monday at The Village at Odenton Station in Anne Arundel County with former Oriole catcher Rick Dempsey on hand to sign autographs. The 8,600-square-foot restaurant is the fifth Ruth’s Chris location in Maryland. It holds an open dining room, banquet rooms, an outdoor patio and large bar.
