Two Maryland startups, TopBox and Tissue Analytics Inc., won cash and bragging rights for their businesses at the second annual Beta City event held at City Garage in Port Covington Thursday. Beta City showcases local entrepreneurs and startups and allows investors a chance to see presentations from local, growing companies.
