Civil Justice Inc. is hosting a free student loan discharge clinic this week in Glen Burnie for former students of ITT Technical Education Services Inc., which ceased all operations earlier this month. Two Maryland ITT Tech campuses in Owings Mills and Hanover were forced to close.
