Construction of a six-story, 71-unit affordable housing building on downtown’s west side near Royal Farms Arena is expected to begin in early 2017. The L on Liberty will be located on what’s currently a surface lot at 213 and 215 Park Ave. It will be a $17 million apartment development that will also adjoin 105-107 Clay St. and and 208 and 210-216 N.
