More big-name retailers have signed on for a new outlet shopping center in the northern end of Montgomery County. The Clarksburg Premium Outlets, set to open Oct. 27, has added another 14 luxury brands to its center, building on the 20 that have already committed. It will include clothing, accessories, footwear, jewelry and sports retailers.
