Here's the 38-page Port Covington community benefits agreement

The Baltimore Business Journal has obtained a copy of the 38-page community benefits agreement between the city and Sagamore Development, the company behind the plan to redevelop 266 acres at Port Covington in South Baltimore. The agreement, called historic and groundbreaking by Sagamore, city officials and activists involved in forging it, has been only seen by those involved.
