Former Loyola University Maryland employee gifts $2 million to school

Loyola University Maryland received a $2 million gift from a former employee to create endowed scholarships in education and the sciences for undergraduate and graduate students. Mary Hyman, who retired in August, is the former coordinator of science education programs and the Institute for Child Care Education with Loyola’s School of Education.
