City issues call for new Inner Harbor attractions, development of Pratt Street parcel

The city is hoping to bring in new Inner Harbor on-water attractions to help boost tourism between the peak April and October travel months. The Baltimore Development Corp. issued a request for proposals Thursday on behalf of the city for the attractions on docks on either side of the World Trade Center building. The BDC also issued an RFP for 111 S. Hanover St., a city-owned property at the corner of Charles and Pratt streets outside the Bank of America tower. With nearly 15 million annual visitors…
