Calvin Butler, CEO of Baltimore Gas and Electric Co., has been tapped to lead the 2016 United Way of Central Maryland fundraising campaign with a goal of raising $25.3 million. Butler said the campaign’s focus will be “lifting area communities,” and that his goal is to increase the amount raised for United Way’s family stability programs.
