Greater Baltimore home sales rose 13 percent in August, reaching the highest level for the month since 2005. At the same time, the median sales price increased 2 percent year-over-year to $255,000, the highest August level since 2008, according to data provided by ShowingTime RBI based on listing activity from MRIS.
