United Way fund for Ellicott City up to $110,000

The United Way of Central Maryland’s fund for victims of the devastating floods in Ellicott City has reached $110,000, with more than 700 individuals donating. United Way will distribute the funds with the help of Howard County to help humanitarian efforts in Ellicott City, including providing food, water and shelter for those affected by the floods that wiped out portions of the city’s historic Main Street.
