A 100,000-square-foot warehouse in Jessup sold last month to IDI Gazeley. The freestanding industrial building is located at 8309 Sherwick Court near Interstate 95. The seller was Deer Pond LLC, which is based in Highland. Deer Pond had owned and occupied the property for 40 years. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. CoStar Group Inc. lists the sale price as $5.8 million. State records show the building was constructed in 1973 on 5.3 acres and has 11 bays and 20-foot interior space ceilings. IDI…
