Celebrity chef Bryan Voltaggio’s Family Meal restaurant at Power Plant in the Inner Harbor has closed less than two years after opening. The diner-style eatery opened to ring in the New Year in 2015 as the second restaurant by Voltaggio, a James Beard Award nominee and contest on “Top Chef.” His first Baltimore restaurant, Aggio, opened in 2014 at Power Plant Live. A spokeswoman for the restaurant said there were a number of factors for the closure but said they would not be issuing a statement.…
