Stevenson University officially opened its new 200,000-square-foot academic center at its Owings Mills North campus on Tuesday, naming it after outgoing President Kevin J. Manning. The renovations and construction for the center began two years ago after Stevenson acquired the 28-acre former Shire Pharmaceuticals site in Owings Mills in late 2011.
