Horseshoe Casino to pay nearly $23 million in city tax payments, local impact grants in second full year

Horseshoe Casino Baltimore saw less guests during its second year compared to its first year, but revenue is up and the casino is giving more back to the city via city tax payments and local impact grants. The casino celebrated its second anniversary Aug. 26 and said Wednesday it saw just over 4 million guests come through the facility over the past year.
