Harbor East will be getting a new restaurant this fall in a familiar location as the Foreman Wolf restaurant group has decided to close Pazo and rebrand the space as Bar Vasquez. Doors at the 11,004-square-foot Pazo will officially close for service Sept. 17 and the renovations will begin.
