Chesapeake Real Estate Group sells pair of new Prince George's industrial buildings for $33M

Two newly developed Class A warehouse buildings in the Penn 95 Commerce Center in Upper Marlboro have been sold to investors for $33 million. The sellers, a partnership of Chesapeake Real Estate Group LLC and principals from Thompson Creek Window Co., sold the industrial buildings that total close to 300,000 square feet.
