No luck this year for Baltimore Chef Cindy Wolf at the James Beard awards. The chef, who was a finalist for one of the coveted culinary prizes for her work at Charleston in Harbor East, lost to Chef Jeremiah Langhorne of The Dabney in Washington, D.C., in the Best Chef Mid-Atlantic category.
