Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz died early Thursday morning of cardiac arrest. Kamenetz, 60, woke up around 2 a.m. because he felt ill and was transported to the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center, a statement from Baltimore County Police said.
