Constellation is set to work on $21.5 million in energy conservation upgrades on the University of Maryland, College Park campus. Baltimore-based Constellation, an Exelon (NYSE: EXC) company, will operate under contract with the state’s Maryland Clean Energy Center, with UMD as the end-use customer.
