Under Armour Inc. is owed more than $1.5 million by ailing retailer Bon-Ton Stores Inc., according to bankruptcy filings. The Milwaukee and York, Pa.-based retailer filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Sunday in order to implement a court-supervised financial restructuring, according to its petition filed late Sunday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
