The luxury home market got off to a slow start in 2018, but high-priced properties in Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties continued to change hands. The 10 most-expensive Greater Baltimore homes that sold in January had an average price of $1.7 million, down 15 from $2.01 million the same month a year before.
