A pizzeria with ties to the owner of Dooby’s, Sugarvale and Sundays doughnut shop could be on its way near the University of Baltimore. A Feb. 15 liquor license hearing is scheduled for the eatery, which would take over a space in the Fitzgerald building at 1203 W. Mount Royal Ave. where Two Boots pizzeria used to be.
