Linda Palczuk will resign as chief executive of Osiris Therapeutics Inc. — the fourth CEO to leave the company in the last two years. Columbia-based Osiris announced Palczuk’s resignation late Tuesday. Palczuk resignation is effective Feb. 9, according to a federal filing. She will become chief operating officer at Verrica Pharmaceuticals, located in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
