The Brass Tap, a bar and restaurant chain known for its wide selection of craft brews, is coming to Towson Town Center in January. Mike Kettell, a local entrepreneur and member of the military, said he has signed a lease on a space in the mall and is planning a grand opening for Jan. 8.
