The Target store in Mondawmin Mall will shut its doors on Feb. 3, one of 12 underperforming stores the company will shutter in the new year. The store is the anchor tenant in the 500,000-square-foot shopping center at 2401 Liberty Heights Ave. It employs about 150 people. Target’s other city-based store, in the Canton Crossing development on Boston Street, will remain open.
