The executive director of the Maryland medical marijuana commission is stepping down, as the state’s first crop of dispensaries and growers are preparing to debut. Patrick Jameson plans to resign, effective Nov. 30. Jameson, a former state trooper, became executive director in April 2016 at a time when the Natalie M.
