Gordon Ramsay Steak will open in the Horseshoe Casino Baltimore at the end of the month. The new restaurant, which is replacing Jack Binion’s Steak on the casino’s first floor, has set a grand opening date of Nov. 29. Ramsay will be in town to mark the occasion with an RSVP-only menu tasting and meeting with members of the Orioles and Ravens. Gordon Ramsay Steak will be the first East Coast restaurant for Ramsay, the star of Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen,” “The F Word with Gordon Ramsay” and “MasterChef."…
