Baltimore businesses to city on crime: 'We need a concrete plan'

Nick Johnson says his Su Casa store in Ellicott City is growing at a much faster pace than his store in Fells Point. He says crime and the perception it carries continue to make doing business in Baltimore challenging. He doesn’t want to leave the neighborhood where he both lives and works.
