Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc.’s second-quarter earnings met Wall Street estimates and increased year-over-year due to an increase in revenue from political advertising and digital offerings. The Hunt Valley-based television broadcaster reported net income of $50.6 million, or 52 cents per share, in its second quarter ending June 30.
