Point Breeze Credit Union is expanding to Owings Mills. The suburban bank, with 51,000 members and branches in Hunt Valley, Bel Air and Rosedale, will open a new office at Foundry Row in early 2017 near the Wegmans market. The new bank will be 2,300-square feet. It will hold a teller-less “dialogue-banking” model that includes a bank of ATM machines and a greeter at the door to assist customers in need of technological banking services.
