Johns Hopkins University sued over employee retirement plan

A St. Louis law firm filed a class action lawsuit against Johns Hopkins University on Thursday alleging the school failed in its duties as a retirement plan sponsor for its employees. The complaint was filed by Schlichter, Bogard & Denton Thursday in the U.S. District Court in the District of Maryland.
