The Baltimore Development Corp. will pick up over 16 acres of land near Woodberry for a possible future transit-oriented development in a land-swap agreement with Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. As part of the deal, BGE will take over about six acres of land at 2000 W. Cold Spring Lane, located near Cold Spring Park. In return, the BDC will get 16 acres from BGE at 2107 W. Cold Spring Lane.
