Food truck owners are 'confident' their lawsuit against the city will push forward

City attorneys defended a bill on Friday that is designed to keep food trucks at a distance from brick-and-mortar restaurants that sell similar food products, and asked a judge to throw out a lawsuit from two food truck operators.
