The Baltimore Development Corp. has opened bidding for the sale and redevelopment of a prized location near the Inner Harbor. Bids are due by Aug. 18 for the city-owned sliver of land outside the Transamerica Tower on the northwest quadrant of Pratt and Light streets where a popular downtown weekly farmer’s market is held each Thursday.
