Owner of Miss Carter's Kitchen in downtown Baltimore prepares to expand

The food from Miss Carter’s Kitchen has been prepared in a number of kitchens over the years — Chef Cia Carter’s, her aunt’s and now, from the kitchen of Carter’s carry-out soul food restaurant downtown.
