Northrop Grumman Corp. CEO Wes Bush will step down in January and will be replaced by Kathy Warden, currently the president and chief operating officer of the Falls Church defense giant, the company announced late Thursday. Warden’s ascension will mean that women run three of the most prominent defense firms in the industry at a time when female CEOs are all too rare in the Fortune 500 — women are at the helm of 24 of the 500 biggest companies in the U.S., down significantly from the prior year.…
