Chesapeake Real Estate, Atapco buy White Marsh site once planned for outlets

A White Marsh property once primed for a 100-store outlet mall has been sold for $15 million to new investors who plan to develop Class A industrial space there with retail. Chesapeake Real Estate Group and Atapco Properties closed on the purchase of the 52-acre parcel off Interstate 95 and Route 43 last week.
