The Baltimore Office of Promotion & the Arts stayed within the organization for its next CEO. The nonprofit organization that serves as the city’s arts and event council on Wednesday named Donna Drew Sawyer to the post, replacing longtime head Bill Gilmore, who stepped down after 37 years in 2017.
