It’s not a done deal, but the Baltimore Ravens could be raising ticket prices for the first time since the 2013 season. Speaking during the Ravens year-end press conference Tuesday, team President Dick Cass said nearly $120 million is being invested in upgrades at M&T Bank Stadium over the next two and half a years and that will factor into the decision whether to raise ticket prices.
